Mask are now optional, but ENCOURAGED if you have flu-like symptoms to protect staff and other patients in clinic.

Mask must cover nose, mouth and chin - at all times.

Must be a Medical Grade Mask

If you do not have a medical mask, one will be provided to you free of charge.

You will be asked to sanitize your hands at the front desk BEFORE you take a medical mask

Companions are considered essential when a patient is unable to walk unassisted, and/or the patient cannot communicate in English without a translator

Companions are asked to not sit/wait in hallway (fire hazard)

The Patient Care Services Team (PCS)will contact companions once patient is ready to be picked up

This policy is instituted for everyone's comfort and safety in maintaining adequate distancing in our waiting rooms

Please contact the PCS Team in advance if you require accommodation with an essential companion
What should my companion do while I am in my appointment?

You are welcomed to ask your companion to browse around the shops located in the building, explore the food courts, or grab a seat in one of the many public seating areas located within the vestibules of the building.

Please do not wait in the hallway, as it is a fire hazard!

Our patient services team will contact your companion as soon as you are finished with your appointment!
